Bikes for testing
We will gradually publish the offer of bikes for testing provided by the involved companies.
Preliminarily confirmed bike brands - Specialized, Giant, Trek, Canyon, Author, Dema, 4Ever, Head, Superior, Ghost, Lapierre, Electra.

Packet pickup
Vysočina Arena, Info Point on the greenfield in front of the hotel SKI, 49°34'42.510"N, 16°3'7.386"E

Each participant has to submit an Identity Card (passport) and another form of ID such as a Driver's License, both will be checked and recorded. Verified participant will receive an identification number which will entitle him to borrow bikes from the offer of participating companies.

Test tracks
Around the Vysočina Arena. There is a singletrack center with approx. 30 km of newly build singletracks, or on other nearby roads. For the whole duration of the World Championships it is strictly forbidden to enter the official competition tracks. You can borrow each bike for maximum of 60 minutes. For the purpose of bike testing there will be set up a separate entrance to/out of the Arena.

Rental fee
Free of charge. To enter the Arena it is necessary to present a valid ticket for the relevant day (Thursday or Friday).

Registration
1. Using online registration system until Wednesday, June 29, 2016, 12:00
2. On the site at Info Point

We recommend the registration in advance. It will speed up your attendance and pre-registered participants will have priority at own borrowings.

Privacy policy
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties neither by us nor the persons acting according to our instructions. Personal data will be kept only for the time period necessary to implement the required service i.e. the Test Fest. Subsequently, it will be destroyed.

Important instructions, equipment and safety of participants
Each participant has to behave not to endanger health of other participants nor their own. Full protective helmet is mandatory!!! Each participant tests the bikes at his own risk and is responsible for any damage caused to the bikes.
